In memoriam: Thomas Allen

Visitation takes place tonight, Thursday, April 5, from 5-8 p.m. at the Szafranski – Eberlein Funeral Home, 101 Third St., Carnegie, where funeral services will be held on Friday, April 6, at 12 noon.
Obituary published in the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette from Apr. 4 to Apr. 5, 2018:
On Monday, April 2, 2018. Cherished husband of Walpurga Allen; father of John Fitzgerald Miller, Carl King, and Londa Williams; brother of Eddie Bruins and the late Albert Allen and Vernon Pitts. … Thomas served his country for over 45 years, retiring from the Military. He also enjoyed volunteering at the VA and the Heidelberg Fire Department. Burial with full Military Honors in the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Disabled American Veterans, the USO, or the Heidelberg Fire Dept.

Thomas Allen was beloved by his Baha’i family in Southwestern Pennsylvania, who offer their sincere condolences to his loved ones and prayers for the swift and joyful ascension of his radiant soul.
